Bikram Yoga

Bikram Yoga is The Original Hot Yoga is taught by only certified Bikram Yoga Certified teachers.  Bikram’s Beginning Yoga Class is a 90 minute, silent moving meditation designed to systematically move fresh, oxygenated blood to 100% of your body, restoring all systems to healthy working order.  Bikram Yoga’s 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises are performed in a very specific environment of 105 degrees and 40 percent humidity and yield: Proper weight, muscle tone, quiet mind, vibrant good health and a sense of well-being.   Get ready to change your body and your mind at the same time. Inferno Yoga

Inferno Hot Pilates is a 60-minute. high-intensity, low-impact workout using Pilates principals.  Total body workout with fast results!  Class is to music and in an environment heated to approximately 95 degrees.  Optimium results when practiced consistently 3-5 days per week!  See the schedule >>

Vinyasa Flow
